Due to the company expansion, we are currently seeking TWO highly motivated IT Service Coordinators to join our service team and build your career with them.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Coordinating field service & in house service between customer and service agent;
- Organising and arranging spare parts fulfilment and faulty parts return with service agent;
- Monitoring service job progression for pending jobs;
- Processing product return authority claims in accordance with ASUS Service warranty procedures;
- Arranging audit with the service agent on KPI and customer satisfaction;
- Preparing reports on Service agent KPI and payment for management review;
- Liaising agent and customer feedback with internal parties;
- Assisting technical department to instruct basic troubleshooting with customers;
- Other day-to-day & ad hoc duties as required by the service team.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following:
- Minimum 1 year's related experience in the customer service area with the ability to represent the Company in a professional manner
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Office skills along with strong data analysis skills
- Background in customer service and a strong interest in technology is preferred
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.
