As part of a broader IT support team, you will provide L1 & L2 technical expertise for a range of problems and solutions across the Blackmores Group. This is a customer facing role, covering our distribution centre in Western Sydney as well as colleagues in other sites/markets.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage IT Service Desk\Infrastructure calls within agreed SLA’s
- MS Windows 10\11 deployment & support (inc. the installation/relocation of end user hardware, and MS Teams)
- Maintain IT Asset Management registers, Active Directory and o365 administration
- Desktop, Laptop, Printers, and peripherals support
- Supporting remote user connectivity
Who are you?
- Previous customer service experience in an IT Service Desk support role
- Comfortable in providing desktop support in a MS Windows environment (iOS support experience desirable)
- Capability to manage and configure common office equipment
- Audio/Visual experience is highly regarded
- Be a natural problem solver, with a tenacious, proactive attitude to resolve issues
- Have a great attitude, able to communicate with and support multi-level stakeholders
