The Opportunity
Are you ready to elevate your career and make an impact? We are looking for an all-round IT Support person join our ever-growing IT Support team, based out of our Adelaide depot. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with our Network & Infrastructure Team to ensure a high-level support for internal & external users.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all IT Support requests
- Answer internal enquiries
- Provide technical support on IT hardware/software, business applications & processes
- Undertakes the day-to-day support of computing desktops, corporate Standard Operating Environments and network peripherals such as Multi-Functional Devices including user access administration and other general IT activities.
- Troubleshoot IT issues
- Multitasking between inbound calls and queue management within the ticketing system to ensure services are delivered within expected time frames
- Support users remotely to all regions
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar IT Support role
- Tertiary qualifications in IT – highly desired
- Experience with Office 365/2019, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive & Teams
- A solid understanding of Active Directory Users & Computers as well as Windows 10/11 machines
- Basic knowledge & troubleshooting of networking such as DHCP & DNS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues
