This is an opportunity to join an extremely well-known international brand on an 8-month contract covering long service leave. You will be based in a stunning office located in Hawthorn East and have the opportunity to work with new technologies and interesting projects.
The Role
In this customer service focused role, you will act as the first point of contact for all staff across ANZ, providing first class IT support. You will help to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of different systems and applications within a timely manner.
You will also play a key role in supporting mobile devices, PC's and Laptops, maintaining their Windows environment, installing & upgrading software, troubleshooting hardware, software, printing & network connectivity issues as well as assisting in planned system enhancement projects.
Your Skills & Experience
- Completed a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- At least 12 months full time working experience.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong experience managing Active Directory.
- Strong experience supporting mobile phone devices - Microsoft Exchange and Authenticator.
- Previous experience administering Office 365.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Intune is not essential but desirable.
- Previous A/V support experience.

Your proactive nature proves your willingness to help other and go the extra mile. You are hands-on and ensure you thoroughly troubleshoot by asking adequate questions and determining the root cause analysis. You are customer service focused and can communicate clearly and effectively.
