It Support Engineer

We're looking for an ICT Technician with experience with level 1 and level 2 support. The candidate will be happy to work in the office and in the field. 

Someone who takes pride in the work that they do is very important.

Strong experience in a MSP environment where you will be answering tickets is preferred. We are happy to train the successful candidate.

We are Looking for personable member who is happy to talk with customers with passion to learn more proactively. Ability to work alone with tasks is an important skill we're looking for also.

We believe having someone who has a great personality fit with the staff presently at the company is important as the terrestrial skills you bring with you. An attitude to learn and strong communication skills are a must.

The job will vary, from remote desktop support, advanced networking, Wi-Fi advanced deployments as well as opportunities for on-site cabling. Their will be on-call rosters which will require the phone to be answered, escelated to senior staff thereafter. Their is additional allowances for the roster. 

We understand that some of the skills required may be difficult to know at an entry level IT support position so training as well as on the job learning will be provided. 

Drivers license & ability to drive a manual vehicle is good, but not mandatory.

Training will be provided to the above candidate, knowledge and willing to learn more is essential.
