In your new role you will be responsible for providing level 1/ 2 support to the end users within the business. You will need experience troubleshooting & fixing issues and supporting the IT team with projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience providing Level 1-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, Printers and other end-user devices in a professional environment.
Understanding of maintaining VMware servers, including configuring virtual machines, managing storage, and troubleshooting issues.
Experience with Azure AD / Entra, Office 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Experience with cloud services and infrastructure
Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
