SalaryWe are currently seeking a IT Support Officer to join our Operations Team. This job will suit a proactive, self-directed, and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in customer service and support.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated, technologically minded and is keen to develop their career in the IT industry. It is a full-time position, working 8.00am to 4.00pm weekdays, however flexibility is required to assist with school events outside these hours.
The successful candidate will have completed a Certificate IV or Diploma in an IT related discipline.

● Minimum Certificate IV in an IT related discipline
● Knowledge of Front of House Sound and Audio-Visual Equipment and Programs
● Knowledge of PC components and operations
● Knowledge of MS office software
● Knowledge of email and other internet applications
● Good interpersonal skills and experience managing multiple and conflicting priorities
● Demonstrates a high level of ability in taking responsibility for own actions
● Demonstrates a high level of sensitivity in dealings with key stakeholders
● Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to strict guidelines
● Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
● Demonstrates high level of motivation and initiative
● Must be well presented and approachable
● High level attention to detail
● Strong communication skills
