We are excited to be offering a new role working in our high-performance customer service team.
Our office is conveniently located in Mascot, Sydney, and is easily accessible by public transport. We are firm believers in flexibility and work life balance, so we operate casual positions with a rotational weekly roster.
We are growing our team of customer service professionals, and looking for experienced customer service agents to assist us with inbound customer service projects for a number of leading higher education, government, and enterprise size organisations.
Audio Visual Customer Service and/or Inbound Call Centre experience would be beneficial for this role.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent English language communication, listening and organisational cooperation/collaboration skills
- Able to solve problems and work as part of a dynamic team
- Ability to understand new concepts quickly
- Complaint-handling experience is an advantage
- Audio Visual Experience would be highly regarded

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the UXT team, you’ll be the first point of call for our customers when they are seeking support in an education, government and/or enterprise commercial environment. You will assess, help resolve, transfer and/or escalate these calls to other teams internally and externally. You will also be provided the opportunity for training and upskilling in the IT and AV industry.
We also work very closely with our sister company, Innomate, which allows you to not only grow your technical skills but to also get a clear understanding of software development, and software as a service.
