ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager of Digital Solutions you will be part of our customer focussed and responsive IT team. As part of the role you will be responding to and resolving support requests including:
- Remote and onsite support across all Momentum Collective sites where required.
- User account creation and maintenance
- Maintain inventory including asset tagging and asset lifecycle.
This role can be performed in any of our office locations in Tweed, Lismore or Casino.

- Relevant IT Qualification or related field & demonstrated experience in a Technical Officer role
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of full COVID19 vaccination
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Working knowledge of Operating systems and applications, Networking Services, Remote Desktop Services, Phones and Printers/Scanning equipment.
- Advanced aptitude in OS trouble shooting and resolution.
- Proficiency with antivirus and security software.
- Experience in the Health, Disability and/or Aged Care sector is desirable but not essential, offering a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities unique to these industries
