- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of migration to and implementation of Azure and Microsoft 365 Services
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Security preferred and general interest with IT security highly regarded
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to meet high service level expectations
- A quick learner who seeks to continually improve their capacity to take on increased responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Virtualisation (VMware and Hyper-V)
- Azure Virtual Desktop or Remote desktop experience beneficial
- Backup and recovery experience preferred
- Networking experience preferred
- Graduates considered with high level of commitment and willingness to accelerated learning
