Established in 2013, VCMM has been a respected player in the Australian mortgage market, known for its innovative, trustworthy, and solution-oriented approach.

1. Provide comprehensive internal IT support across teams, promptly resolving colleagues' IT issues.
2. Manage office devices, ensuring functionality, and maintaining user records.
3. Administration of company IT accounts.
4. Oversee company cybersecurity.
5. Liaise with all IT-related suppliers (software, systems, website, domain, network, phone system, printer, etc.) for timely issue resolution.
6. Generate tailored weekly and monthly mortgage reports (Excel/SQL).
7. Customise rules/workflows in ERP/CRM systems and Power Automate.
8. Assist in the configuration and daily operations of the company's ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring continuous alignment with company needs.
9. Undertake other ad-hoc duties as instructed by the supervisor.

1. Strong communication skills (Mandarin & English).
2. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
3. Knowledge of SQL preferred.
4. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, Azure AD, Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online) is a plus.
5. Knowledge or experience in the mortgage or finance industry is highly regarded.
