About the Role:

Are you passionate about IT systems? We are seeking an IT Systems and Tech Coordinator to join our client’s dynamic Corporate Services team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Strategy and Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting their current IT needs and driving long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT System Coordinator: Ensure the IT systems support both current needs and future growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Support digital transformation projects.
• Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Finance and Corporate Services team.
• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for IT partners and vendors regarding tech and software queries.
• Operations: Conduct regular performance meetings with service providers.
• IT Equipment and Software Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT equipment and software, manage licenses, and device allocations.
• Security Protocols: Collaborate on the development and implementation of security protocols, coordinate audits, educate staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide ad-hoc on-site support for staff IT and software issues.
• Software: Collaborate with managed service providers on software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Digital Transformation: Support initiatives like system enhancements, new technology adoption, process automation, and data analytics leveraging Office 365 technology.
• Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to align IT strategies with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate confidently with vendors, internal and external stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Qualifications or equivalent experience: IT degree, Business Certificate or equivalent professional experience in IT Systems Coordination
• Office 365: Experienced with Office 365 applications, platforms and functions
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to become the go-to person for complex IT situations within the organization.
