About the ROLE
We have a great opportunity for a Systems Support Officer to join the team. This opportunity will allow you to forge a successful career within the construction software arena, and will see you rewarded for your performance.
What YOU will be doing
- Provide first level + interim support of Nexvia Products.
- Work closely with stakeholders + employees on quality day to day + end user support.
- Communicate with stakeholders on new changes to the system.
- Train + mentor other members of the team to ensure they have the knowledge + abilities.
- Issue resolution through identification, troubleshooting + escalation if need be.
What YOU will bring to the role
- Knowledge of Construction Industry would be high advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills + attention to detail.
- Strong interest in working within Software and Technology Industries.
- Team player who thrives within a fast paced, high-energy environment.
