We are currently inviting applications for the role of:
IT Technical Support Officer
This is a full-time role and will be based predominately at St Aidan's Anglican Girls School in Corinda, with the need to work from St Margaret's Anglican School in Ascot as required.
The IT Technical Support Officer works across the School community at St Aidan's Anglican Girls School to support and maintain software, hardware and IT equipment within the School. Core objectives of the role are:
- Providing service excellence to the Staff and Students of the Schools in relation to all ICT matters
- Supporting the development and maintenance of desktop, laptop and iPad hardware
- Assisting the Chief Information Officer in the effective running of the School's IT related systems including network, server and printing solutions.
About You
With a strong interest and knowledge in IT, you will have:
- Service Desk experience with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate well with a range of audiences including students, staff and parents.
- Demonstrated, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including O365), Windows 101 and Windows Server 2012 onwards.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) for SOE deployment.
- Experience in the following applications (advantageous): TASS (Student Management System), Papercut (Print Management) and Working knowledge of Apple iPads with a preference towards JAMF
