Leading Edge Computers Griffith is a well established award winning Retail, Repair and Managed Services business and has been trading for over 18 years. With a network of over 130 stores nationwide, LEC represents one of the largest independent IT organisations in Australia. We're currently looking for a highly motivated technician to join our fun and fast-paced team. This position is Monday to Friday plus every second Saturday.
In this role, you'll be delivering high quality repair work to our valued customers and communicating technical issues and solutions in concise, easy to understand language.
You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and systems, attend training and cross-train in other departments.
Essential Criteria:
- Exceptional and professional customer service and communication skills: in person, via phone and email

- Demonstrated ability to show initiative
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Experience in computer diagnosis and repair – Windows/Mac hardware and software
- Valid Australian Drivers License
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in Retail or Hospitality
- Certificate III or IV in Information Technology
