Kmart are modernising and optimising our end-to-end supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, increase safety, and improve customer and team member satisfaction. We are creating the next generation of our supply chain, and to achieve this, we will be advancing our technology and our supply chain operations.
There will be a focus across our warehouse management, transport/logistics, inventory optimisation, and demand and forecasting systems. To help us enable the success of our next generation supply chain program, we are looking for an Iteration Manager to work closely with our Engineering Manager and Project Team, acting as the bridge between a diverse group of stakeholders and the delivery team.
What you'll be doing:
Leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our supply chain solution is in alignment with project goals, priorities, and timelines.
Championing Agile and Scrum principles within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Providing guidance and coaching to team members on best practices.
Identifying and addressing impediments to team progress, promoting a solutions-oriented mindset among team members and advocating for the team within the larger technology group.
To be successful in the role you'll have:
Demonstrable experience working in structured Agile teams as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master for at least eight years, that embodies the Agile Scrum values of focus, courage, openness, commitment, and respect.
The ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a given problem to all levels across the business.
Significant experience working in a large organisation, preferably retail.
Strong attention to detail and a rigorous focus on delivering quality output.
