We are looking for an ITSM Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating IT service management activities to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Requirements- Experience working with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to coordinate and manage service requests, incidents, and changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- ITIL certification is a plus
