We are a vibrant and diverse inner-city council stretching 20kms from South to Port Melbourne along the stunning bay beaches down to Elwood and out to St Kilda East with around 1000 people who all work together to deliver more than 100 programs and services to our engaged community of residents, businesses and visitors. What you might do 

• Utilize ServiceNow for ITSM optimization
• Drive ITIL best practices adoption
• Resolve IT service issues efficiently
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
• Provide exceptional customer service

Who we are looking for 

• Proactive individual with a growth mindset and a passion for customer service, proficient in utilizing ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with an emphasis on building relationships and leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities
• Experience in IT service management or related field
• Proficiency in ITIL framework and related tools, with specific expertise in ServiceNow
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
