We are seeking candidates forJapanese SpeakingPayroll and HR Assistant/ Assistant Manager (depends on experience)for our client based in Sydney CBD.
Description
The key responsibilities and duties:
- Handle monthly payroll, payroll reconciliation and Superannuation
- Conduct leave and FBT calculations and accruals
- Handle business trip and leave application
- Process payments and reimbursements
- Support end of month process (cost transfer, SAP entries, General Ledger check, issuing debit note)
- Assist in HR administration duties and other administrative support
- Assist in HR budgeting
- Other ad-hoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Japanese language skill is a must
- Experience in payroll role will be highly regarded
- Experience in SAP will be advantageous
- Excellent communication skill and organisational skill
- Strong administrative skill
- A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadline as required
- Proficiency with MS Office
