We are seeking candidates for Japanese Speaking Payroll and HR Administration Assistant for our client based in Sydney CBD.
Description
The key responsibilities and duties:
Handle monthly payroll, payroll reconciliation and Superannuation
Conduct leave and FBT calculations and accruals
Handle business trip and leave application
Process payments and reimbursements
Support end of month process (cost transfer, SAP entries, General Ledger check, issuing debit note)
Assist in HR administration duties and other administrative support
Assist in HR budgeting
Other ad-hoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
Japanese language skill is a must
Experience in payroll role will be highly regarded
Experience in SAP will be advantageous
Excellent communication skill and organisational skill
Strong administrative skill
A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadline as required
Proficiency with MS Office
