We are seeking candidates for Japanese SpeakingPayroll and HR Administration Assistantfor our client based in Sydney CBD.

Description

The key responsibilities and duties:

• Handle monthly payroll, payroll reconciliation and Superannuation
• Conduct leave and FBT calculations and accruals
• Handle business trip and leave application
• Process payments and reimbursements
• Support end of month process (cost transfer, SAP entries, General Ledger check, issuing debit note)
• Assist in HR administration duties and other administrative support
• Assist in HR budgeting
• Other ad-hoc duties

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

• Japanese language skill is a must
• Experience in payroll role will be highly regarded
• Experience in SAP will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skill and organisational skill
• Strong administrative skill
• A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadline as required
• Proficiency with MS Office
