Description
This role will suit a self-motivated individual who has strong sales and relationship building ability. Previous experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not essential.
The key responsibilities and duties of the role:
- Business development to grow your client portfolio
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients
- Consult with organisations on their recruitment needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Screen, interview candidates and make recommendations to your clients
- Other ad-hoc duties
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:
- Few years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in the recruitment industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills and customer centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Japanese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
