Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized individual to join a leading HVAC Contractor's team as a Job Planner/Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and service work for a team of 5 technicians, handling daily administrative tasks, and ensuring timely invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule maintenance and service appointments for HVAC technicians based on client requests and availability.
- Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and materials for each job.
- Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Track and manage invoices, following up with clients as needed to ensure prompt payment.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Experience with AroFlo and MYOB will be hihgly desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary of $70 - $90k plus super depending on experience
