Job Planner - Hvac Services

Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and highly organized individual to join a leading HVAC Contractor's team as a Job Planner/Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and service work for a team of 5 technicians, handling daily administrative tasks, and ensuring timely invoicing.
Responsibilities:

• Schedule maintenance and service appointments for HVAC technicians based on client requests and availability.
• Coordinate with clients to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts or issues.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and materials for each job.
• Monitor job progress and update schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
• Track and manage invoices, following up with clients as needed to ensure prompt payment.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
• Experience with AroFlo and MYOB will be hihgly desired
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary of $70 - $90k plus super depending on experience
