For a Warehouse Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Production Supervisor interested in overseeing all warehouse operations and assembling a dedicated team to deliver high end joinery services for their clients.

A normal day
- Supervise the daily operations of the joinery factory, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage the entire production process, from site measurements to shop drawings, detailing, and final installation.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and clients to ensure all project specifications are met.
- Order necessary materials, schedule production activities, and manage logistics and transport to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
- Supervise a small team of 2-3 employees, fostering growth and expansion as needed, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet high standards and project timelines are adhered to.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

You will need
- Prior experience as a Production Manager.

- Proficiency in CNC programming and design work
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently

- Experience in coordinating production and installation schedules
- Ability to manage end-to-end operations, including site measures, shop drawings, detailing, material orders, and logistics
