Jp10832 Senior Property Officer- Rentals

Our client is a NSW State Government agency who's purpose is to protect, promote and support the rights, dignity, choices and wishes of the people of NSW.
They are currently looking to engage a Senior Property Officer- Rentals for a 3 month contract paying $50 per hour + super. The role is 5 days per week in the Parramatta Office.
The role is responsible for the management of FM rental properties both commercial and residential. Ensuring trustee and financial management property related functions are high quality, timely, effective and customer focused.
The role will undertake the following duties:

• Establishing new leases and arranging for redirection of rents for existing tenancies.
• Managing, arranging and overseeing the repairs and maintenance of rental properties as required.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding rental properties, such as real estate agents, contractors, other NSWTG staff, customers and families.
• Reconcile rental payments with end of month statements received
• Maintaining and accurately updating rental data on CIS and Trim
• Managing and maintaining the team rental email inbox

Property management experience is essential. The role will require for the successful candidate to work on site at the JPO office (Parramatta) 35 hours per week (7 hours a day). It will be required to work onsite between 9-5pm or 8-4pm with a 1 hour break
