In total, our 117,000 employees create intelligent buildings, efficient energy solutions, and integrated infrastructure, and security solutions.What we offer:Competitive salary package including staff benefitsExcellent team cultureOngoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskillingWhat you will do:Manage the business relationship, workflow, processes and administration within allocated client account portfolioIdentify and activating new business opportunities within the allocated account portfolioHow you will do it:Achieve targeted current customer revenue budgets as set within the requirements of the overall company financial and operational goalsManage all administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customersArrange, cost, quote or prepare and present sales quotations, tenders and sales/work orders as requiredFoster internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the businessWork with the National Key Account Manager to ensure all clients have a business plan in place working towards resigning of all clients within portfolioDay-to-day management of major customer ServicesProvide reporting as required by Clients agreementsProvide reporting to the business on clientsWork with National Key Account Manager and National Billing Administrator to ensure invoicing procedures and debtor ledgers are maintained within required levelsWork with National Key Account Manager to ensure all accounts have a sales and strategic management plan in placeWhat we look for:Proven track record in Key Account support and or management of existing clientsCommercial acumen along with the ability to analyse sales data and develop value propositionsAbility to manage and initiate relationships across a broad range of organisationsSkilled in a B2B environmentExperience growing a portfolio of accounts, negotiating contracts and executing client business plans to deliver against KPI’sStrong selling skills and drive to achieve resultsPlease note pre-employment checks – including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing – will form part of the eligibility process.If this is the right opportunity for you - Apply Now!
