A small amount of hybrid working will be supported and adjusted depending on living locationDescriptionReporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work alongside the senior Account Manager, assisting them in the internal processes and account administration.This includes but is not limited to:
- Being the internal support and Account Administrator for their biggest account, Bunnings
- Oversee many aspects of the Account Management process, including client interaction and hands-on responsibilities
- Oversee all weekly/monthly reports - (including sales, stock levels, stock Adjustments, etc)
- Responding to Team Assists (Bunnings customer service emails)
- Data Capturing and Analysis
- Visits to stores to pick up and provide samples
- Creating Meeting Agendas and Minutes
- Provide presentations when necessary
- Enter Bunnings Item Uploads
- Range Guide Ownership
- Review Colour Grading Changes
- Some level of basic Account Management assistance experience
- Any experience dealing with Bunnings at a store or supplier level will be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to review sales data and draw conclusions
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to pivot quickly if priorities from the client change
