About the role: They are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join their AP/AR team supporting their multiple dealerships. They are happy to train an Administrator or a Database Entry Clerk to do the job. What’s in it for you? Excellent team environment & culture where they prioritize fun, care, professionalism, and customer experience Total package up to $65k super Genuine career progression available On-site parking available Duties of the Role: Ensure all creditors are paid and ensure any settlement discounts are taken advantage of Reconcile creditor's statements on a monthly basis and attend to any discrepancies in a prompt manner Ensure all processed invoices are batched for payment Assist in the maintenance of vendor master file Ensure all invoices are coded and forwarded to Department Managers for approval via our AP workflow system Ensure Department Managers are approving invoices in a timely manner Work in a small AP/AR team as part of the administration team Any other duties that may be directed including assisting the accounts and administration department About you: 2 years minimum experience in an administration role Database entry experience Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and problem-solving skillset Excellent verbal and written communication Positive, can-do…
