We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Administration Assistant to join the team in our Quality Assurance department. The role will provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Manager and the wider QA team, as well as being the main point of contact for general enquiries. This role will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- General administrative duties and data entry into a variety of computer systems/ software
- Daily checking of timesheets for payroll processing
- Weekly ordering of office administration supplies e.g., stationary, printer and general office supplies
- Website updates
- Organizing and collating relevant QA documentation
- Offer administrative support to other team members as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in an administration/ reception setting – advantageous but not essential
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to engage with others.
- Sound computer skills, with knowledge in Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organisation skills and a strong attention to detail
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work
