Our management & administration staff organise & schedule work for field technicians who carry out a diverse range of pest management services.
We are currently looking for a friendly, self-motivated full time Junior Administration assistant to join our team. This position is suited for an individual who is looking for an entry level role whilst obtaining a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
About the role
The role is for a full-time junior office administrator 5 days a week (no weekends are required). Key tasks include;
- Front desk reception.
- Answering & directing phone calls.
- Managing the main administration inbox.
- Scheduling jobs for our technicians.
- Data entry.
- General administration duties.
About the Traineeship
This traineeship will assist you in gaining the necessary knowledge & experience to work in an office or business environment. You will be allocated time in the office to complete your Certificate.
