We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Junior Administration Officer to join our team in Macquarie Park. Reporting to our Senior EA, this role will provide crucial support to our administrative & daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handling incoming calls and face to face inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars and schedules.
- Ordering and maintenance of office supplies
- Supporting other team members and departments as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
