We are seeking an energetic and friendly Junior Administrative Assistant to join our busy law firm.
This position is a full-time role and ideal for someone wanting to commence work in an office environment.
The role will predominately involve assisting our senior administrative staff primarily in the property and commercial department but also in the family law department. The role will also involve a variety of day to day tasks including managing reception, file opening, mail collection/delivery, court filing, deliveries, banking and general administrative tasks.
The applicant needs to be keen to interact with clients, display a good telephone manner, have an eye for detail and be proficient with technology. Good typing skills are preferred but not essential.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a small team environment in a busy law practice where you will be encouraged to develop your skills.
