We have an opportunity for a Junior Office Services Assistant to join our Office Services team in Sydney on a 6 month fixed term contact.
More about the role
Responsibilities include mailroom duties, regular stocking and servicing of the utility areas and kitchens, printer maintenance and placing orders for supplies
You will also be assisting with the set-up of client functions, printing and compiling documents and completing court and mailroom deliveries
You must be able to commit to full-time hours for a period of 6 months, shifts will be rostered between 7:00am – 6:00pm with an hour for lunch

This role would suit a school leaver or student who is looking for an opportunity to gain some skills in a professional environment
This is a busy and varied role; you will require excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
You must be proactive, enthusiastic, confident and have a friendly attitude, alongside a desire to help others
