The role
As a full time employee in our Southwestern Sydney Office, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and continued impact to our Firm.
Your duties
Work as a dedicated team member with our senior accounting and financial staff in successfully managing the day-to-day administrative and general accounts functions which includes.
- Account Receivable and collections.
- Invoicing / billing clients
- Banking duties.
- High levels of data entry and processing.
- Reconciling transactions.
- Assistant in the monthly reporting cycles
- Customer service and general administrative functions along with documentation.
About you
- 1-2 years experience working within a similar role in a busy work environment.
- A high-level of emotional awareness and the empathy in dealing with people.
- You must also be an excellent communicator both written and verbal that is present in all your dealings
- Be flexible and have the ability to multitask across all areas of work.
- Accurate typing skills with a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of associated products.
- A strong eye for detail in all your work.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
