Due to growth and increased work load the Directors of the company would now like to add to their already successful team with the addition of a junior Administrator.
THE VACANCY:
- Administration duties
- Data entry
- Some Reception duties
- Assisting the Manager with projects
- Answer incoming calls
- Uploading clients documents
- Data entry
- General administration support to the accountants
TO APPLY:
- Candidates must have some Administration experience
- Have excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Be willing to learn new skills
- Experience within Microsoft software, Outlook and Word etc
- Be of a friendly and outgoing nature
- Be able to work on a full time basis
IN RETURN:
- Salary of between $50,000 to $60,000 + Super
- Ongoing training and career progression
