We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and organized Junior Administrator to support our MAEK team. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office and for supporting staff in a small and agile organization. The position provides administrative support to the Director as well as day-to-day office management and reception.

We are based in Peppermint Grove and are offering a full-time role.
The ideal candidate is a genuine team player with a can-do attitude. You’ll be organized, able to anticipate needs, be an excellent problem solver and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The role includes:
- General office administration and support duties.
- Assisting the Managing director as well as the Construction and Creative Directors.
- Ensure expenses, invoices and timesheets are processed and are in line with contractual obligations.
- Provide customer service to clients, external vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders as required.
- Organize the office processes, workspace, office supplies and equipment.
- Reception and phone queries.
- Be willing to help and think proactively with an ability to anticipate needs.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Basic level of accounting practices will be highly regarded.
- Strong organizational skills.
