About the Role and responsibilities:
As a Service Administrator at Horan & Bird, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Origin projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing service requests, scheduling appointments, liaising with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders, and utilizing software platforms such as simPRO and Insightly to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will poses the following attributes:
- Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
