We're searching for a Junior Office Administrator to join our team!

We're looking for a well presented, enthusiastic and responsible person to join our Administration Team in a full time Junior Office Administrator role. This role would suit someone looking for an introduction into business and administration, or a recent school leaver.
The successful candidate will:
- Prioritise reliability and punctuality
- Be able to work co-operatively in a team
- Be self-motivated and have positive approach
- Be able to work accurately with a high attention to detail
- Have excellent telephone and communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word experience would be an advantage
No administration experience is necessary as full on-the-job training is provided.
This role will include a variety of duties including, but not limited to: electronic filing, finalising client documentation, mail recording and dispatch, word documents, document search and deliveries, answering phone calls and daily messages/banking.
