ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
A position has become available for a full-time, Junior Administrator/Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, entering supplier invoices, ordering stationery supplies, administration support, booking flights and accommodation as well as other general administrative tasks.
ABOUT YOU
Applicants must demonstrate the following:-
- Some prior experience in a similar role would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability and desire to work in a team environment.
- A service and client focus orientation.
- A high level in efficiency and accuracy.
- Good time management skills .
- Computer literacy especially with Microsoft suite of products. Prior exposure to/experience with MYOB would be helpful, but is not an essential criteria.
- A Driver’s Licence is required as you may be required to collect goods locally, on occasion, as part of your role.
