- Perform the mobilisation and demobilisation process of Mader personnel
- Facilitation of travel and accommodation bookings for personnel
- Organising site specific inductions (site based/online), PPE and medical requirements
- Monitoring of employee licenses/tickets, and maintaining the training matrix
- Maintaining site Customer Management System (CMS)
- Maintaining high level customer service to both internal and external clients
- Preferably 2 years' experience in admin, travel or customer service roles
- Prior experience in the mining industry, highly regarded
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using mobilisation systems, highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and meet multiple deadlines
