A renowned organisation in the Australia and New Zealand region, committed to making a positive impact in the med device space, is seeking a dynamic marketer with a minimum of 2 year's experience at the assistant brand/ Junior Campaign Manager level.
🌐 The Company
The selected candidate will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at fostering awareness and driving meaningful engagement from consumers in Australia and New Zealand. This role involves close collaboration with marketing agencies, utilising their social media platforms, and navigating internal systems to ensure successful campaign execution.
👉 The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to implement impactful digital marketing campaigns
- Manage content posting on their social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Work alongside design agencies to update fact sheets, brochures, and other marketing collateral
- Coordinate with the internal digital team to update website and email copy
- Support research initiatives for the sales team
- Contribute to testimonial and World Hearing Day content creation
- Oversee the approval process for marketing assets with internal stakeholders
- Assist with budget management, including creating purchase orders and handling invoices
- Address queries related to marketing collateral and printing
- Upload digital assets to internal systems
- Proven experience collaborating with marketing agencies, particularly digital and creative agencies
- Effective communication skills for external customer interaction, demonstrating strong verbal and written proficiency
- Experience using social media platforms, specifically Facebook/Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including external customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Quick adaptability to learn and navigate new internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, Windchill)
- Capacity to manage and execute multiple tasks within fixed timelines
- Passion for contributing to products/brands that enhance the quality of life
- Experience with Salesforce
- Background in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, or the healthcare industry will be a big bonus
