Join our dynamic team as a receptionist and become the welcoming face and voice of our company!
With a position becoming available from July this year, we are looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented individual to manage our front desk on a daily basis, and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Professional and friendly greeting of any guests who attend our office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when appropriate.
- Initial review and allocation of emails received at company general email address.
- Prepare quotations for review, ensuring accuracy and professionalism when issued.
- Ensure reception and general office area is tidy and presentable on a day-to-day basis, with responsibility for stocking of office stationery and supply needs.
- Check company mailbox on premises daily, distribute any postal mail as necessary.
- Receive, sort and distribute deliveries received at reception.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as required.
Requirements:
- This role is an excellent starting point for someone wanting to develop a career in office administration.
- All on the job training will be provided.
- Proficiency with MS Office & Word is required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritising and managing time and work.
- A professional attitude and approach to work with customer service a priority.
- Be part of a friendly team, committed to supporting each other.
Whilst we prefer candidates with full time availability, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right applicant.
