We are looking to grow our team with a Junior Office Administrator / Receptionist to bring a fresh and vibrant air to our office in Port Melbourne.
Initial training will be provided by our current Office Administrator / Receptionist who is stepping into a larger role within the Company.

About the role
As the director of first impressions, you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and will include;
- Fielding all phone calls and email correspondence
- Sorting and arranging all incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensuring the office is kept in an orderly manner
- Maintaining adequate stock of stationery, printing, kitchen supplies and general office requirements
- Processing and payment of invoices
- Management of company calendar & events
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the team
Salary will be negotiated dependent upon experience
