A junior reception position has arisen in our rapidly expanding organisation. The successful candidate will work alongside a highly motivated team who are ready and willing to support your progression.
This position is best suited to someone who is eager to enter the commercial building sector and the only real requirement is that you have a can do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
Duties will include:-
- Greet and welcome clients and suppliers with a warm friendly demeanour
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct department and /or staff member
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Assist with managers with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
- Social Media uploads
- Additional duties as appropriate
To be successful in the role, you will need the following :-
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- An interest in commercial building
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be highly organised and punctual
- An ability to dress semi corporate at all times
