The Role:
Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As the Junior Customer Service Representative, you will strive to deliver exceptional Customer Service and communicate your knowledge and expertise effectively.
Your main tasks include but are not limited to:
- Process & proactively manage all orders; monitor and prioritise workflow.
- Promote a customer-focused culture throughout the team and the organisation.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries from customers.
- Organise and provide quotes to customers
- Accurately entering orders into ERP system.
- Problem solving
- Communication with customers in a professional and timely manner
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team processes.
- Other tasks as specified by the National Customer Service Manager

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 12 months experience in Customer Service operations
- A passion for Customer Service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Positive attitude, a team player
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team/business.
- You are calm under pressure, approachable, reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Experience in use of ERP system.
Please note this is not a retail Customer Service or call centre role. This is a full-time role which will require some flexibility around hours of work.
