,What You Need to Know:
- Prerequisites & Information Session: You will be invited to a 15-20 minute information session upon meeting the initial requirements. Here, you'll gain a detailed understanding of what the role entails and the high expectations we set.
- Aptitude Testing: Should you advance past the information session, you will face a series of challenging aptitude tests designed to gauge your suitability for the demands of the role.
- Unpaid Onboarding Course (12-14 hour duration): Based on your test results, you will be invited to undertake our intensive onboarding course. This mandatory training phase must be completed within two-and-a-half weeks of enrollment. The course tests your abilities further and equips you with the necessary skills to thrive in this role.
- In-Office Requirement: Upon successful completion of the onboarding course, you will commence your role under a probation period at our office. This role demands a full-time presence at our Wangara, WA location from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Candidates must be prepared to work within a structured office environment, as remote working options are not available for this position.

Work Arrangement:
- Typical workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities based on performance.
- 6 Month probation
