Your role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will join a high preforming team who are integral to MPA consistently being awarded landmark projects. You will support the tender process by ensuring submissions are accurately priced, transparent and consistent with MPA's values.
You will review designs and plans at various stages of development, engage with subcontractors and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered with time, quality and cost outcomes meeting client requirements.
What you need
With a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, you will have a passion for commercial estimating and be keen to progress and specialise in your career. You will have 1-2 years experience successfully estimating fitout/refurbishment projects whilst working in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Alternatively, your experience could have been gained working with a private Quantity Surveying company.
In this stakeholder facing role you will have the ability to develop relationships at all levels, coordinate sub-contractors and drive commercial outcomes.
