The role is suited for a critical thinking person, who has an is able to work in fast-paced environment in both individual and team settings.
About the Role:
Key areas of the role include:
- Troubleshoot basic issues on Windows, Apple & Android devices.
- Diagnose basic network issues
- Maintain AV and other ICT devices
- Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain and upgrade key systems and software.
- Manage and monitor data, file storage and backups.
- Research & strategise options to streamline business processes.
- Assisting with general office duties or other areas of administration as needed
About you:
- Strong communication skills - ability to converse with others in a cordial manner
- A strong understanding of basic computer systems including the Microsoft Office Suite, Standard network protocols & API connections.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Prior administrative or developer experience is preferred).
- Strong organisational & time management skills
