The Role:
If you’re a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving and excel at delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to consider the role of Junior IT & Print Engineer. In this full-time position, you will become a valued member of our dynamic Sunshine Coast team where you will contribute to excellent customer service by providing both onsite and phone-based IT and print-related support to our valued clients.
This role offers you hands-on experience within a supportive and collaborative environment, the opportunity to work across a range of different client environments and offers exposure to some of the latest technologies in the market, allowing you to develop a wealth of skills & experience.
The key areas of focus are:
- IT Support (phone based): Deliver proficient and timely support customized to meet our clients' needs via phone and maintain ticket updates to ensure seamless system operation.
- Onsite Support: Forge positive customer relationships by offering excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within IT Onsite SLA.
- Print Support: Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality outcomes within Print Support SLA.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in a print tech role
- Developing knowledge of our go-to-market offerings
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent face-to-face communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to exercise initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Proven problem-solving skills, both technically and in meeting client expectations
- Meticulous attention to detail
