About the Opportunity
Turnbull Hill Lawyers has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic junior Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Litigation team based in Charlestown!
This position provides a great starting point for someone wishing to pursue a career as a LEGAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/legal secretary. The successful applicant will have completed, or be willing to complete, a Certificate III in Legal Services.
This busy role will see you providing valuable support to the litigation team by performing various duties This could include the following:
- Scanning and copying documents
- Preparing new client files
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- Filing correspondence and documents in our electronic file
- Closing and archiving files
- Preparing and editing documents and correspondence
- Preparing invoices
- Ad-hoc administration duties
To ensure success in this role, you will be well organised, have excellent attention to detail, display initiative and have a flexible and positive approach to your work.
